Contrail Warranty Policy

All Contrail Flight Bag products come with a three (3) year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse caused by you or airline baggage handling or other accidental damage or abnormal use.

Contrail bags are made with the highest quality standards and we proudly stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of our products. If any product fails due to material or workmanship, we will gladly offer a repair or replacement during the warranty period. Please remember, your contents are your responsibility and we do not cover shipping and handling

How to return or exchange a product:

  1. Take a photograph of the problem.
  2. Describe the problem in a detailed email, and submit to warranty@contrailbags.com. One of our support personnel will contact you within 48 hours of your email or on the Monday following if it is a weekend.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging securely along with all tags and a copy of the receipt.
  4. Mail the product to our address at: Contrail, 25 Newport Key, Bellevue, WA 98006. Please use a trackable method of shipping.
