For Bags, Bag Accessories:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its unused, original condition, original packaging and include all tags within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price of the product. Buyer pays return shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping and INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP for accurate order identification. We will not issue refunds for products that show signs of wear and tear or products that are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date. Please allow two weeks for refunds to process after product is received by our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: In addition to the above instructions, you must use your original tracking number for your return or you will be charged duty and import fees to the US

For Izel Orders:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Izel purchase, return the Izel in its original condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days and we will refund you the purchase price of the product. We will not issue refunds for products that show signs of wear and tear or products that are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date. Buyer pays return shipping plus restocking fee of $3.00 per item.
