Do Not Sell My Info (CCPA)
This notice is provided to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). It explains your rights regarding the sale and sharing of personal information and how to exercise them. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
Our position on selling and sharing personal information
Contrail does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We collect personal information only to process orders, respond to your requests, and communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, there is generally no sale or sharing for you to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide a clear method to opt out.
Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:

You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of any third parties with whom we share it. -

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or complying with a legal obligation. -

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, but you may exercise this right at any time and we will honor it. -
Right to non-discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of the rights described above, you may contact us at info@contrailbags.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and describe your request with sufficient detail so that we can properly understand and respond to it. We will only use the information you provide to verify and respond to your request.
Verification of requests
To protect your personal information, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. The verification method may depend on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information involved. We may ask you to provide information that we can match against information already in our records.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do so, we may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us or to confirm that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and extensions let you enable a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal that communicates your opt-out preference automatically. Where the CCPA requires us to treat such a signal as a valid opt-out request, we will honor it. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, enabling GPC will not change how your information is handled, but we recognize it as an opt-out preference.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any changes become effective when posted to the Site. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
