This Shipping Policy governs the manner in which Contrail processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through the contrailbags.com website ("Site"). This policy applies to all products and services offered by Contrail.
Shipping Policy — U.S.
Ground Shipping
Orders received by 10:30 MT (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday process the same day. Orders received over the weekend process on Monday. Delivery occurs within 0 to 10 business days after processing.
Shipping Policy — International
Orders received by 10:30 MT (Mountain Time) process in 0 to 2 business days. Delivery occurs within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address, and will receive an online credit for the returned goods.
How sales tax is calculated
Sales tax will be charged to orders which have a Washington or Colorado address. Sales tax will be added to these orders at the time of checkout.
*Excluding weather delays and other delays not in Contrail's control. A Business Day is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm Pacific Time.
